for when Rachelle Peel goes to court, it was supposed to be March and we haven't heard anything? It would be great if the long wait was finally nearly over and justice was seen to be done.

| Just been on the FB closed group for those of us who lost horses and the 23rd was mentioned as the date. Anyone know if that is correct. If it is I won't be able to go as I have a liver scan that day, rats! |

| Should be a schedule for the court, will have to see if I can find it, would be on there. Just hope it finally comes to court after such a long time. Hope the judge is an animal lover. |

| I also hope that this time the case goes ahead, and all those involved finally get to find out the truth. Such a nightmare to have to wait so long, and I hope that there is some good news at the end of this. |

| OK can report back now, she was in court this morning for a Case Management Hearing, its only just finished! Trial date has been set April 22nd at Blackburn Magistrates Court, not sure whether they are trying her in front of a Stipendiary Magistrate or a District Judge but its happening April 22nd, anyone needs direction parking etc for court then please let me know will be able to help you there and if you want to attend then please be there for 10am courts begin on the dot of 10.30 |

| I can say now that either I or Christine will be in attendance at court tomorrow, depending on whether I can get out of the office for the morning (or however long it takes) as soon as we have any news then we will of course inform you of that, will say a prayer tonight for Gods of Justice to give the very maximum punishment they can |

| Right am back Christine was in court this morning and it was legal arguments and submissions, the trial proper will commence on Tuesday of next week and its pencilled in to last 3 weeks. Given the amount of evidence that is to be heard and the number of witnesses to be called its not a great shock its going to take that long. However this morning Christine was alone with Rachelle for about 5 minutes in the court room just her and that woman...........she never spoke to her never gave her any eye contact at all, and how Christine refrained from strangling her on the spot .........well all I can say she has more control than I would have had! One funny thing was that woman's solicitor asked Christine if she was a friend of Rachelles come to offer her some support..........before Christine could say anything Rachelle said 'no she's one of the band of trolls who are interested in this case' so there you have it people I Christine and all of you who have a vested interest in this are 'trolls' who make her life a misery! Christine or I will try to be in court for as much time as we can and will update as much as we can its all going ahead nothing now can stop this. One more word of caution though please, Rachelle seems to know an awful lot of whats been said in here, I know she isn't a member anymore but someone might be feeding her bits of information back , please I ask of you all continue to act with the discretion and forbearance you have all shown this far. |
