We're not going cos the classes are much too late for us to get back to Kent and get the other horses done. As not going not yet weaned the foal, but she wasn't born until June so thats not a major problem anyway. |

Unfortunately we are the same as Mad Arab Rider, classes are a bit late and we have a long journey home after. Really gutted can't go.
Good luck to all who are going and have a great time.

Maybe for the future it would be worth making it a 2 day show, even if that means putting in a few yearling classes to bulk it out abit. I realise that it's expensive getting the venue, paying judges ect, but I think the extra could be covered by the extra entry fees, and maybe sponsorship.

hi i was thinking the same thing and some of my freinds agreed if it was a two day show ie sat/sun , or even the sat would be better as dont have to get up for work on sunday morning, who else would think this is a good idea and would more arabs go and be supported more look forward to hearing your feed backs on this trisha |

I agree two day show is a good idea HOWEVER I dont suppose it would be considered if entries arent forth coming? Rock and a hard place, big gamble for organisers although Babs has staunch supporters and the show historically has been well supported by other breeds if not arabs lets face it arab clases are poorly supported no matter where you go. I havent bred any foals this year other wise I would have entered. Perhaps if it was a youngstock show as well up to 3 yr olds as foal production over all will be down due to current climate. I notice two of the C shows are going to be over two days and rumour has it that the Nationals will over two days also. |

I don't show any more, but my foals would not be weaned as they tend to be summer born, this years was 8th July. I did prefer to show as yearlings up, so adding classes for yearlings might bring in some entries, if there are others like me out there. |

I won't be going as my boy is a late foal and not weaned and the venue is miles from me
Would have loved to though |
