Hi all just wanted to post an update on my stallion Mukhtar Ibn Eternity's progress as I posted some video of him XC schooling recently. Anyway he had his first ever hunter trials competition a few weeks back, ridden by Vicky Hill, and we couldn't believe it, he came 2nd out of 58 competitors!!! We were absolutely delighted that he was flying the Arabian flag at the event, he was the only Arab there and also the only stallion :-). So proud of him, he is just amazing and is definitely helping to give Arabs a good name, I am in a very non-Arab region so he's been quite an eye-opener at the couple of recent dressage events we've been to with him. He also came 2nd in the pairs hunter trials class too with his friend Chino the Connemara, they were just a bit too fast to come 1st!
Couple of pics below from the day, and also a new pic of one of his 2014 daughters Red House Magnolia, who is owned by Davina Godwin. Straight after the event Mooky headed off back to Red House Stud in Kent to cover their mares, once he is back home again we will be back out competing!

| Brilliant result, great to see Arabs out there beating all breeds. Pity you didn't have Princess on loan, that would have been some foal! She produced a stunning SE colt by GR Amaretto who thinks he is something special.... men! |
