Not really sure what to do, today i made tidy the tufty sticky out bits and gently ran clippers around the edge of his ears to tidy up any stray longuns, what is the correct presentation for pure bred ears? photos welcome

Hi, yes it sounds like you have done just enough. We clipped my gelding today and we did the same. If you take all the hair from the ear [inside] then i belive the DC's may not let you enter the ring. Good luck.
