Hi madmare,
Thanks for the nice comments about Jeago. I'd love to see some of the pics your YO has of Ludomino - I did see one years ago, and thought Jeago looked a lot like him. I've also been in touch with Carol Carpenter of Nomad Arabians in France (who also had Ludomino I believe at some point) and she thought Jeago had the 'domino' look.
Lovely to hear of the other Indian Magic oldies - I'm convinced his presence in J's pedigree has a lot to do with his toughness and attitude!

| My old boy Sarka (Sahr x Cania) is 32, from Indian Magic and Aldebaran ancestry (pedigree on allbreedpedigree.com)and was bred up in Northumbria. Bright chestnut with blaze and 4 whites. He retired at 29 after giving me years of fun. My young son learned to ride on him in the last couple of years before he retired and he was so gentle and safe with him. I have his teeth, feet, vaccinations and worming all done regularly. He's also fed well all year on Allen & Page Weight Gain with a good glug of vegetable oil. He's a bit stiff behind and keeps his coat on (the vet said it's his equivalent of a string vest!), but apart from that he's just fantastic. He's the light of my life and every year he's here is a bonus. I feel honoured to have him with me. |

| KittyB, your post brought tears to my eyes - Sarka is truly your soul-mate and I know what you mean when you say every year is a bonus. Brings a lump to my throat when I think of all the brilliant times I've had with Rossi (and still have, although a bit more leisurely these days) and he is only 23! |
