Posted - 09 Jul 2012 : 08:57:11 AM Despite torrential rain, learning the wrong test and only getting the correct one as I went in the arena, then going wrong resulting in a -2, missing out left canter completely resulting in a 2, a 0 and another 0, Shesky still managed to come 4th with a pretty decent % all things considered.
So I think we are going to stick to dressage from now on

Posted - 10 Jul 2012 : 2:22:22 PM well done keep at it a very respectable placc considering i hate it when you learn the wrong test only realising when you are standing outside the arena waiting to go in |

Posted - 09 Jul 2012 : 1:31:12 PM Yes me too... everytime we went past the top right hand corner Shesky had a gawp through the gap and only looked where he was going to avoid the puddles - which he happily splashed through in the warm-up I might add! These crafty Arabs eh |

Posted - 09 Jul 2012 : 1:03:52 PM Well done!! I'm also loving my dressage at the moment. This is my first year at dressage and my first year near a showground since before having children. Although I still battle the nerves I'm really enjoying it. My biggest challenge though is keeping her concentration, so if you have have any tips I'd love to hear them. |
