Yesterday, we went to our last indoor show-jumping show of the winter season.
Chelle warmed Rosie up in the clear-round and has a lovely clear, then went into her class, had another lovely clear and I could tell Rosie was on form as she was really taking a hold.
Then we waited for the announcement for the draw of the jump-off. Poor Chelles always seems to get a bad draw and yet again she was drawn first
Chelle knows that when shes drawn first with plenty following on after you, there's only one thing to do. You've got to go for it!
And, flipping heck did she go!! The turn Chelle did into fence 2 was unbelievable & good for Rosie taking off.
Anyway, another clear round and VERY fast time. Then its a matter of waiting for everyone else to go.
Rosie and Chelle won!! Thats my girls!
Looking funny in the line up for the prize giving, as Rosie's only 14.3 and just in horse classes and all the big 16.2's were towering over her.

wow... thats awesome.. always nice to hear the smaller horses beating the bigger ones (sorry all I'm a bit biased lol..) & an Arabian too.. thats fantastic.
in that first pic she looks so calm & alert.. ready for anything :)

My goodness, I can't believe how proud I am of you guys!!!
I bet you had to sew all the buttons back onto your shirt after that...
(Better explain that one.... Chest swelling with pride for your girls!!!)

Well done what I fab result!
I always get drawn first too...It is so nerve wracking if you go clear and you have to wait for ages. But in your case the wait was well worth it! |

Great well done what a way to end the indoor season Arabs are so fast xsara is only half and is very hard to beat in a jump off |

Yay Yay Yay.....ARABS rule......taking on the big boys and proving m how versatile the Arabian is... Fast, flexible (turn on a sixpence) and can REALLY jump effortlessly
