Posted - 18 Jul 2011 : 1:33:31 PM I have the beautiful Russian Mare bred by Gucci - G.Forgetmenot (Top/For the Moment by Moment). She has bred several champions for me; the first by G.Loventure (Vodolej/Lalique); the second by G.Navaroj (Vodolej/Nikarta); followed by 4 fillies; then the fabulous Marbon Mobago (H Tobago). She has since produced a filly and colt by my 100% Crabbet Stallion both of which are show quality; and it is hoped to breed her back to H Tobago next year. |

Posted - 21 Feb 2011 : 09:34:09 AM I imagine most people are a little bored of seeing my two Russian mares but here are a couple more!! GAS Strelka (Monitor x Strelitzia) with her 2010 filly GAS Sofiya by Sambist
and GAS Skala (Ventican x Strelitzia) as a pregnant 4yo (the black thing I'm holding is Spencer the cat!!)
whilst looking through photos I came across some of last years newborn babies, very sweet pics, and the babies are Russian too, so thought I'd share them- Skala welcoming her daughter Samska into the world
little Sofiya finding her feet for the first time
 All's well :-)

Oh I've just thought of a new thread! Just a quick note (I'm sat in a bar in St Petersburg and making use of their wifi! - how obsessed am I?!)- Tersk Stud has not gone! I was lucky enough to visit last Friday... They are continuing to breed some mega horses. I'm returning home soon and will post some photos then. Lauren Ps I'm also lucky enough to be owned by Agonia (Gordon x Arina) who was bred at Tersk and is Straight Russian. Fee |

Posted - 15 Feb 2011 : 6:02:12 PM Beautiful horses especially Delyth's and the lovely Nebraska, wonderful Russian lines. I used to have a broodmare called Jumah (by Russian - Div (Peleng, stunning mare almost perfect, now lives in Scotland with her new family. I still have her daughters Samauring (6 yrs by The Wiking) and Amyzing (5 yr by Concord), both racing this year.
Would love to see some more Russians on the UK racetrack. Star Valentina (Div x Pronika) won at Taunton in Sept 10 and was straight russian.
