Track: AW / Standard

The GCS Engineering Maiden Stakes (3 & 4 yr olds only) over 7 Furlongs:
1. Jasoora
Mr. S Walker

3. Jubilee Dancer Mr. H Haynes

Distances: neck, 5 8 ran Time: 01:37:90

Winner owned and bred by HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Bred by Mr. W Smith.

Jasoora (Passem Lotois x Emeraude Du Cayrou) confirmed the promise she showed in both her maidens at Wolverhampton this season with a hard fought win over the improving Wahchi (Vadeer x Synaps) in this 7 furlong maiden stakes race, the pair pulled clear of the field and look potentially very smart. Jubilee Dancer (Chndaka x Russian Dancer) - a half brother to Dubai Day handicap winner Danjani - was far from disgraced in third on her debut and ran on purposefully in the final furlong.

The Town & Country Farms Novice Rider Handicap Stakes 0-75 over 6 Furlongs:
1. Angel Picamer
Mr. H Haynes
2. SA Bibi Mr. B Adams
3. Kateland Mrs. V Murphy

Distances: 2 ½, 1 ½ 10 ran Time: 01:23:00

Winner owned and bred by Mrs. Z Angel. Trained by Mr. W Smith.

Angel Picamer (Amer x Picea HT) lost her maiden tag in impressive fashion under top weight coming home just under 3 lengths clear from smart sprint handicapper SA Bibi (Abitibi x Florich) , she quickened clear nicely in the final furlong of this 6 furlong sprint and looks to be firmly on the upgrade. SA Bibi battled hard but couldn’t get past the winner, whilst Kateland (Vert Olive x Fayrelands Gold) looked a shade tapped for toe in the closing stages but kept on ahead of Kaccara.

The www.lingfield-racecourse.co.uk Stakes over 7 Furlongs:
1. Djeldor De Bozouls
Mr. P Collington
2. CS Patriarch Mr. D Turner
3. Aljard Mr. H Haynes

Distances: ¾, 20 4 ran Time: 01:34:20

Winner owned by HH Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Trained by Mrs. G Duffield. Bred by E.A.R.L. Mezagri Agricole.

Djeldor De Bozouls (Dormane x Udjella) reversed the form smart sprint handicapper CS Patriarch (Makzan x Pokrovka) who beat him at Exeter, Djeldor quickened passed Patriarch to get home with a comfortable ¾ of a length to spare. Aljard (Vert Olive x Ester Du Paon) couldn’t land a blow in third and was a desperately disappointing 20 lengths adrift at the line.

The Jebel Ali Racing Club Banded Stakes (Series Qualifier) 1 Mile 2 Furlongs:
1. Fair Deed Dash
Mr. D Turner
2. On The Wing Miss T Smith
3. Kifah Mr. T Collier

Distances: neck, 1 ¼ 7 ran Time: 02:33:80

Winner owned by Mr. E J Legg. Trained by Miss C J Legg. Bred by HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

Fair Deed Dash (Dedja Des Forges x TFA Ashajan) has been slowly finding her form and showed admirable battling qualities to hold off On The Wing in this 1 mile 2 furlong Jebel Ali Qualifier, the pair were nip and tuck all the way to the line with David Turner getting the Legg’s filly to lead just inside the post. On The Wing (Wiking x Tee Jay Carries Star) seems to have found her grade and is running consistently well and her turn at this level is near. Whilst Kifah (Passem Lotois x WF Wiktoria) built on her win over 7 furlongs at Market Rasen with another game effort here and was only a length back in third but was clear of the rest of the field.

The East Grinstead Handicap Stakes 0-80 over 1 Mile:
1. Hellow
Mr. S Walker
2. CS Wraith Mr. H Haynes
3. Anganate Safinat Mr. P Collington

Distances: 2 ½, 2 ½ 8 ran Time: 03:11:10

Winner owned by Mrs. W Smith. Trained by Mr. W Smith. Bred by Mme M-C Biauds.

Hellow (Kesberoy x Hafia De Faust) confirmed his superiority over recent 2 mile handicapper winner CS Wraith (whom he beat at Wolverhampton over this trip), he always looked in command under a confident ride from champion jockey Simon Walker and outstayed the field in resolute fashion with 2 ½ lengths to spare over CS Wraith (Djebbel x Waywood Ghost) at the line. The latter was giving the winner 3 lbs in weight and battled on well in the final strides but never looked like passing the winner, she lost nothing in defeat. Anganate Safinat (Manganate x Astree) was another 2 ½ lengths back in third and seems to relish these stamina sapping races and is still potentially well handicapped.

The Clarendon Stud Banded Stakes A, B & C over 2 Miles:
1. Mehshiv
Mr. A Byles
1. Bibi Royale Mr. Y Mehmet
3. Notid Mr. F J Offord

Distances: dead heat, 2 ½ 12 ran Time: 04:00:40

Winner – Mehshiv – owned and trained by Miss S Davison. Bred by Mrs. L Sharpe.
Winner – Bibi Royale – owned and trained by Mr. Y Mehmet. Bred by Mr & Mrs J Kippen.

The Clarendon Stud banded stakes over 2 miles proved to be the closest race of the day as Mehshiv (Normativ x Mehsha) and Bibi Royale (Abitibi x Chaldensford Royal Independence) fought a titanic battled inside the last furlong, the two were head to head at the line and dead heated for first; with both horses showing significant improvement for the step up in trip. Notid (Tidjani x Sherrie Noreen) ran a fine race under top weight another 3 lengths back in third and remains admirably consistent.

The Arena Leisure Graduation Stakes 0-110 over 1 Mile:
1. Hardtoback
Mr. H Haynes
2. Oakvalley Rialto Mr. P Collington
3. Sugar Dandy Miss C J Green

Distances: 5, 2 ½ 4 ran Time: 01:48:10

Winner owned, trained and bred by Mrs. J Peyton.

Hardtoback (Norton Challenger x Harem VII) is having his best season this year for owner/trainer/breeder Jenny Peyton and recorded his third victory of the season in Arena Leisure Graduation Stakes over a mile for PBA/ Anglo’s -galloping readily clear from the corner to score by an easy 5 lengths from Oakvalley Rialto (Band On The Run x Rialtesse). The latter seemed tapped for toe and seems more effective over trips in excess of a mile but ran creditably to finish in second ahead of Sugar Dandy (Ballacashtal x Chantille Saucy Sal).
