I too got platitudes from Philip Davies and a reply from defra and RSPCA that I forwarded to interested parties with horse involved. My MP plays the game with prompt replies however all talk and no action doubt he is the only one. He did do a little better in forcing RSPCA into a defensive reply the content of which is their standard response to this case that we have all heard and know to be beyond reason.
Any help I give is hands on or if financial to local riding for disabled or small local rescues.
RSPCA is big business with a lot of wages and not fit for purpose.
