Now I've finally find out how to post pictures, can I use professional photographer pictures??

You can use all the pictures you want, as long as you own them and posting them here does not violate the photographer's copyrights.

We fully respect copyrights and we will remove pictures when the copyright owner files a legitimate copyright violation complaint (usually we have no way to know if someone is violating a copyright when posting a picture).

You can credit it or not, your choice. We have no requirements on that... buy the photographer may have and, if he does, the right thing would be to honor them.
