I've been using for 1mth now and seen no improvement. what am I doing wrong? and what winter rugs to use that don't rub out manes?

The only answer that I have found (for keeping a mane free from rug rubs), is to not use combo rugs or neck covers at all.

Only rug I have found to keep a mane in full flow all winter is the Rambo Duo. I use them on all my boys and they all have full manes. Not the cheapest rugs but the cut of them is lovely.

I have used that in the past, and found it worked brilliantly.
Averaged at LEAST an inch a month growth

I NEVER use rugs on mine that have necks on them

Is there a good place to get MTG? Having had a quick look online the cheapest I found was shipped from the US and genrally ranges in price a lot! Even without wearing a neck cover PBs mane has gone very thin at the bottom
