You need to provide a bit more information for me to be able to help. I need to know what you are doing and how the forum is responding - error messages, or any other behavior.
No...the edit post icon has gone from above my posts. Also having a real problem After logging in and going to forum....when I respond to a post....after completing my response and pressing post new reply button.....response is "problem..you have to log in to post" and I have lost all that I had typed

I have an intermittent log on problem. I have a saved password but on entering my user name and clicking Log In I just get a failur notice. This can happen repeatedly and then it just gives in and allows me in. Sometimes exiting the site and re-entering does the trick ( but not always). WHY!!!!, I hope I haven't changed subjects but I thought it might have some connection.
If you have any suggestions please reply in words of few syllables as I am not very computer literate.

What I would try would be to delete the temporary files your browser creates each time you visit a website. I can provide detailed explanations on how to do this if you tell me what you use to view websites - Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome?
I use Internet Explorer but have a Norton Utilities Software that deletes Temporary files weekly on a scheduled scan. I have also done it previously through Internet Options on the Control Panel !!!!
You can also try to delete your cookies, when that happens (which you can do from the same panel). Once you do it, close all Internet Explorer windows and try to login again.
