I think this deserves its own thread. It has sort of been tacked onto the end of the other AHS thread and will probably not be seen by a lot of people.
I think it is absolutely brilliant news that Susan George has agreed to be President of the AHS for 2010. It would be hard to think of a person better equipped to fulfill this role and I am sure that she will generate much needed and welcome publicity for the society and the arabian horse.
Fantastic news; I can't think of anyone who would be better. Susan and Simon are lovely people who have done so much already to raise the profile of the arab horse. They geniunely love their horses and want what is best for the breed.
Excellent news; I think she'll do a brilliant job too. She's already given the Arab a lot of publicity in various ways through her own breeding and activities and hopefully her presidency will give more opportunities.
