Off crutches now & walking carefully - just been out to see some of the neds Can't wait to get back in the saddle.....but will give myself time to heal!!! |

My OH says I am walking far better than before the op Dying to get back in the saddle (esp this glorious weather!) - but better wait till I've seen the consultant on Friday
Gerri - Charlie is wonderful - you really are going to have to come & see him sometime! I managed to walk through two fields to see him, Ruby & Manon this afternoon - was having withdrawl symptoms as not seen them since Thursday (OH has been doing the neds bless him). |

So glad you are getting better but don't overdo is. One of the doctors I workded for had the same op as you and started playing golf too soon. He went back to square one.
I bet they were glad to see you. |

Glad to hear the good news.... just keep behaving and do what you are told You will be back to it all very soon.
(My mother in law has just had her hip done and her surgeon was telling us all horror stories from when people did things too soon.)

Oooooh Judith I really want to come see him, can you send some details of b& b's in your area, could make a small holiday of it, I have thought of him soo much over the months and take such pleasure in the pics you have posted on here, he is remarkable horse but then you are a remarkable woman methinks |
