A while back I posted about taking a double glazing company to court.
Well, yesterday their defense papers turned up!
They have changed their defence from the original notice though - can this be done?
Originally they intended to defend part of my claim, but now they are defending all of it??

Can't answer, but you might ask citizen's advice bureau. Or, have you checked whether you have legal advice as part of your home insurance, it often is included now. If so, there should be a help line you can ring.

you should put that question up on martin lewis's money saving expert web site , ,,, they have loads of experts on there to answer that question..i go on that site on a regular basis and get good advice.....

Finally managed to get hold of the court today - they said the defendant can change their defense at any time!!

Home insurance won't help as the windows were fitted nearly 2 years ago. By the time it got to the stage of me going down the legal route, the insurers loop hole meant they wouldn't help as I hadn't notified them of problems within 6 months of installation!!
