well took gizzy out today and done the coloured class with her and she was the complete opposite to the show she was at begin april. Shes gone from a hyper unsettled manic to something thats laid back and could hardly get to move. same venue and same ring. She was pulled in 2nd after the ride around even though their was a horse constantly cutting everyone up and cause horse to slam on the brakes. but she was tired and the judge struggled with her she trotted lovely cantered on the left reign but she couldn't right reign canter(she needed loads of leg) so she was put last, but she said shes very well behaved for her age and gave her a lovely ride what she could get just needs fittened up. :D :D before and after shots
APRIL
TODAY shes also grew a good inch
judge riding (judge did comment she struggled with the wieght difference too)

thankyou don't worry gossy shes a home bred her dam has had three foals and only one coloured. She was by a staright russian arab sistonce and her two half sister by our own stallion rocians. We nearly lost her dam last foaling so we have decided shes gonna have no more foals. She is a big 15h1 at the moment so I think shes gonna make the full 158cms as her wither has just started to appear, and her dam grew til she was 7. Not sure though were to class her yet as a small hunter, a riding horse, or a hack, i know she could do isrt.
BRYANMARLIE we did enjoy it, it was really relaxing and good educatation. keep being told i should have her in full time work riding her every day, jumping her, and showing her on a regular basis that shes being wasted. But i annoy them when i say shes staying in the field for another year doing as shes doing the odd plod about enjoying being a youngster at end of day shes never being sold so got her whole life to show her. |
