I have copied this from "Intelligent Horsemanship Treacle wrote: "My beloved stallion Ralphy managed to rear up and go over backwards on the concrete yard. Why he did it is a mystery.
I wasnt here as it was my day off, but got a phone call from my vet saying he would be with me in 5 mins. I had no idea why he was coming to the yard. My guys that work here had decided not to phone me as they knew I would panic and drive like a loony.
I got back to find Ralphy in a hellish amount of distress, he couldnt breath as he was in shock. My vet arrived about 1 min after me and Ralphy was given loads of drugs to help stabalise him. I was sobbing so much it was stupid.
He was x-rayed yesterday and again today. Hes briken his withers, fractured his shoulder and his pelvis. The prognosis is about 40 - 60 at the moment. He cant be moved to the vets hospital for 2 weeks because of the damage to his pelvis. I have spoken to the surgeon whos a friend of mine and hes already told me what surgery will happen etc provided he make it through the next 2 weeks
I spent all of last night in his box crying, I couldnt imagine life without him Hes being so trusting bless him and seems to know that everyone is helping him.
My new stallion arrived in the midst of all this, but right now Ralphys all that counts."
Can WE on AL please send our help to this poor boy.
The Intelligent Horse people sent all their help to Rhoni and her mare.
It is not nice to hear about these things happening.
Please lets us help this boy.

Oh my goodness!!!
How awful!!! The poor horse and owner, It really breaks your heart when the are hurt
One of our stallions spent more time on two legs than four, it is always a worry that they will lose their balance!
WE really wish Ralphy a speedy recovery, and our thoughts are with his owner,
Love
