Posted - 20 Jul 2015 : 7:29:58 PM Hi all
I was just wondering where there were black arab stallions at stud in the UK?
If you know of any, please could you say whether they are performance or showing or both, and whether they are homozygous or not?
Thanks Susi
PS this is not for Cinny as she is in foal to Sisyrinchium #128536;

Posted - 24 Jul 2015 : 3:48:13 PM I have a homozygous black boy, but he won't be used til next year. Have you looked at EssJay arabians, she breeds blacks and some of her boys are homozygous I believe. |

Posted - 21 Jul 2015 : 5:54:32 PM Mahalla, straight Egyptian. AH Kuda, stunning and multiple winner in the show ring. In Suffolk Lisa Dunn has (or had) one, can't remember the name. In Norfolk Have to do the horses now but I am sure others will add some and I will have a think.
There may also be some new young boys on the block! |

Posted - 21 Jul 2015 : 4:54:59 PM If you go on stallionsonline.co.uk and select 'arabian' in the breed box, you will find some black stallions listed. If the stallion is homozygous, it does tend to be mentioned.
