Evie and Rachelle Peel
People need answers as to what happened to horses that they bred or previously owned, you admit Evie that you have had 10 horses, that where registered in your name, returned to you, please tell people who they are and which horses didn't make it and why.
It was reported that Edgevale Against All Odds aka Pip, that I bred and sold to you was one of the eleven horses shot be the RSPCA, is this true?? and why ?? as he was registered in your name Evie, he should have been returned to you
You can not expect to come back into social media and open forum's and expect no back lash from what you have done
especial as you show no remorse, and appear only to be seeking to people to forgive and forget, I'm afraid that will NEVER happen and we will never forget or forgive unless you tell the truth. You seem to want the board wiped clean and to start again, NO....
PLEASE let us have some answers so that we can ALL draw a line under all of this
its no good burying your head in the sand it won't go away, ever, unless you do

Haven't seen you posting for a while Lisa, welcome back; I always loved your posts and agreed with everything you said.
It is a terrible tragedy that they got away with it for so long but they are nasty pieces of work and despite not feeding the horses they threatened to sue anyone who crossed them; before my court case I received a solicitors letter as I wouldn't hand over Tara's daughter despite the fact that they hadn't paid for either. I had heard a rumour that all was not as it seemed and people were duped as they only saw the looked after horses not those thrown out to rot.
I am so pleased that I managed to get Tara's daughter(almost pure Crabett) out of the country so she could not be handed over or she too would be dead instead of with a lovely couple in Sweden who love her to bits. |

I have been vaguely aware of this whole issue but, not having been on here much for a long time, had not realised the extent of the horror until I read the 'Lost Ones' thread, really shocking reading. The loss of each horse's life for his or her own sake is just appalling and heartbreaking, made even worse if that were possible, (which it isn't really)by the lovely breeding of these horses, beautiful Arabians and rare and precious Caspians....and as for the marvellous Taragun, what a terrible betrayal of such a generous mare. I can't believe that people who seemed (from their posts) to be so competent and enthusiastic about the breed could be so monstrous. It's like Lesley Skipper all over again, again someone that I had previously, from her humane and intelligent writing, greatly admired. I even had email contact with her, as I had with Rachelle briefly re stallions, who seemed very pleasant and honest !!!!!!!
There is something frightening about such apparently schizophrenic behaviour. Just made me go outside and hug my lovely happy horses and as so many times before feel sad that horses have so little control over their own fate.

Everytime I read Edgevale's updates I want to cry, especially now we see the photos of the beautiful horses before and then the after. How can these people with no care still have horses |

Ari, I don't think they bothered to count, once they were no longer flavour of the month they were left to rot and die. So very terrible. What I really can't get my head round is how Taragun was discarded like a piece of dirt; very shocking after what that little mare did for them. |
