HoCoN schedule will be available from

This year we will not be sending hardcopy schedules unless we received an SAE as we are trying to save some money to allow us to offer extra classes and rosettes

Schedule will be sent to last years exhibitors where an e mail address was given on their entry form

Our Judges are
Marianne Tengsted - in hand Males
Nick Arnold - in hand females
Sue Woodhouse - AA/PB, Amateur in Hand, Classic Head, Crabbet
Fiona Grant - Open Ridden, Amateur Ridden and Pre Novice
Rachel Dear - Novice Ridden, Crabbet Ridden and Young Riders

In hand classes will be held on Saturday 5 June and Ridden on Sunday 6 June.

As my cheque has not been cashed as yet, I don't know if my entry has been received; and it's close to the deadline! Scandal's owner sent both our entries together (and checked with the Post Office that the postage was correct) so I've emailed the address from whom the entry form was sent to ask if it has been received.

PS Sugar xx the entries close on 5th May!

Please could we have some time guidance e.g. a start time at the very least assuming everything is running on or are HOYS classes after a certain time - guidance would be good with a long way to travel - thank you

It is now the ECAHO form used, the same as for the UKIAHS. So you do have the right one Am sending you the stabling form seperately now

Could someone email me the form that summarizes what your paying for stabling, entries etc (remittance form?) as for some reason i cant open the attachments properly that came through. It opens then comes up with a message saying i have to shut the file! My email is thanks in advanced
Also just to check i managed to get the entry form is it different this year to last years dont remember it having the other languages on it and being set out the way mine is?

Please please please put the correct postage on your entries. I have four cards at home where people have not put on the postage and this means your entries will not arrive.

Our sorting office is surrounded by double yellow lines and the only time I could go would be on Saturday morning when the wardens are out in force so I cannot go and pick up these letters. The cards say they will be returned to you in 3 weeks so hopefully anyone whose entry does not arrive will know in good time for the show

Can I just confirm that the HOYS classes will run after the novices?

i.e. are two rings running at the same time, I'm hoping not as so many riders have novices and open horses to compete

Hi guys and gals, everyone who has requested a schedule should now have received one. Although I really do appreciate everyone helping out and sending each other schedules (the more the merrier!) could people needing a schedule please request to so that I know who has and hasnt received a copy. Also their names will be added to the email list for next year.
Anyone not having received a copy please let me know as I have had a few 'bounce' for no logical reason.
