Exhibitor's numbers can be collected from 7.30a.m. in the Indoor School. Exhibitors should note that the timetable will be adhered to as far as possible, and should be ready to enter the ring accordingly.

Directions to Addington Manor Equestrian Centre
From Aylesbury, head for Winslow on A413 - approx. 2 miles beyond Winslow, turn left at sign to Verney Junction & Addington - 200yds on, take right fork into Addington Manor Equestrian Centre.

From Buckingham, head for Winslow on A413 - approx 2 miles before Winslow (on a bend) turn right at sign to Verney Junction & Addington - 200yds on, take right fork into Addington Manor Equestrian Centre.

Dressage classes will commence mid-morning, break for lunch and then continue. Every effort will be made to make sure classes do not clash.

Class 4 : Swallowfield Concours D' Elegance Astride/Side Saddle-Seniors

If entries are sufficient, the Side Saddle class will be held separately. Please indicate on entry form whether Astride or Side Saddle.
To be judged on the overall picture of horse and rider - no fancy dress. Those entered in class 3 must be dressed as Junior riders. Open to those entered in the Cherif Final.
Horses and ponies cannot be exhibited in both Junior & Senior Concours classes

CONCOURS D'ELEGANCE Miss V Russell -Wood

Class A: 148cms & under.A change of saddle is permitted in this class only. In this class only, grooms are allowed in the ring with children riding stallions.
Class B: Over 148cms, up to and including 153cms (15¼h.h)
Class C: Over 153cms. Will be split at approx. 158cms (15.2)
Class D: Over 158cms

Method of Judging -
1. The whole class will enter the ring for a short period on one rein. The class will then be split into two sections. The first half will walk, trot and canter before both judges. whilst the other section remain in the centre. The two sections will then change place.
2. One half of the class will remain to be ridden by the judge, while at the same time the other half will be judged for conformation, action in hand and soundness of limb. The sections will then change place until all have been judged in both phases.
3. The whole class will then appear before both judges when the exhibits will be judged for their show, which, depending on time, could be judged in pairs. The ten animals with the highest combination of marks will go through for final judging. Exhibitors marks will be displayed after each class, with the exception of the finalists. The judge's decision is final, and any exhibitor, or associate contacting the judges on or after the day with reference to their marks will be banned from the 2006 Cherif Championship.
